In the interest of full disclosure, I'm going to be removing the following people from our official UGC roster unless anyone has any objections:

All these people, at least as far as I'm concerned, would be welcome back with open arms if they want to. However, they all have gone completely AWOL and don't respond to my inquiries. A couple of them have either blocked me or not logged on to steam in months.
